Chinese Pakoda recipe

Ingredients:

Cabbage-1 cup

Carrot-1/2 cup

Spring onion(hara pyaz)-3/4 cup

Garlic cloves-5 to 6

Green chilli-2 to 3

All purpose flour(maida)-1/2 cup

Corn flour-4 tbsp

Rice flour- 3 tbsp (optional)

Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp

Green chilli sauce-1 tbsp

Soy sauce- 2 tbsp

Red food colour- 1/4 tsp(optional)

Salt to taste or 1.5 tbsp
