Preparation Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: Nil. Makes 25 cheesy mushrooms. Baking Time: 15 minutes Baking Temperature:180°C (360°F) 25 large sized mushrooms (khumbh) To be mixed into a stuffing 1 cup grated processed cheese ¼ cup finely chopped onions 2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun) 2 tsp finely chopped green chillies ½ tsp mustard (rai /sarson) powder ¼ cup bread crumbs 2 tsp butter Salt to taste 1. Divide the stuffing into 25 equal portions and keep aside. 2. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and discard them so as to form a cavity in the mushroom caps. 3. Stuff each mushroom cap with a portion of the stuffing. 4. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 10 minutes. 5. Serve immediately.
