½ cup fresh mint leaves
½ cup fresh cilantro/coriander leaves
280 grams hung curd.
½ onion finely chopped
4 green chilies (moderately spicy)
5-6 cloves of garlic
¼th tsp roasted cumin seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cooking oil
pinch of black salt
In a grinder jar put mint leaves,Coriander leaves, garlic,Green Chilies, Onions.
Grind these ingredients into a fine paste.
Whisk the hung curd in a large bowl.
Now add green chutney to whisked curd. Add roasted cumin seeds, black salt,Cooking Oil,salt.
Mix all the ingredients evenly.
