This Quinoa Salad Recipe was not only beautiful, healthy and nutritious, it was also really filling and full of flavor. I have been making quinoa recipes a few times per week as part of my current weekly meals and I absolutely love everything about this ingredient. Most of the recipes I have been making lately have been vegan recipes in an effort to improve my cardiovascular health and lower my blood lipid counts.
