This Vegan Bean Burrito is just an example of how a meal can come together with a few ingredients. The 2 main components for this meal is some kind of Tortilla or wrap and refried beans, from there you can make it your own and add whatever ingredients you like if you are doing a wfpb diet, a vegetarian diet or just a regular low fat macro conscious diet. I have switched to a whole foods plant-based diet as much as possible as it seems to be really helping with my blood pressure and weight loss along with feeling great and loving these foods.
